Stacking the Shelves is hosted by Tynga’s Reviews. It is a way for us to share the new books we have collected. My first STS of the year isn’t too bad. Although there are a couple books at the library I’m waiting on, that I hate that I’m having to wait so long for! But anyway, let’s discuss what I did get this week.

So, the first one sounds like a good read, the second one is a bunch of fairy tales retold by some awesome teen authors, like Julie Kagawa, Amanda Hocking, Sarah Rees Brennan, and Tessa Gratton to name just a few of my favorites!! And then the final one is by an author that I’m very excited to see get a publishing deal. While it may not be my normal type of book, I know that I liked her writing, and I want to give it a chance, and definitely review and promote it on my blog.

Cruel Beauty!! I really enjoyed that one. It seems to be hit or miss with most people, so I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts on it.
