This one used to be really hard because I would read so many review books by so many new authors. Honestly as I slow down on taking review books, the number of new authors I read drops. Most of the review books I read these days are from authors I already know I love! Covers should be linked to reviews again.
Final Thoughts
Have you read any of these authors before? Did you discover any new authors this year?
If you want to do this and link up, you can go to Books of My Heart and find the post for today’s topic! Only one more day to go!

Thanks for the list Lisa! I also just really love WTZ. I try to pick the best stuff for the Read-alongs. But this was one I just wanted to read and it turned out to be the best stuff.
I’m so glad I joined in on that one!
Great picks. I love seeing the lists for the Top 10. I just added a to my TBR ^_^.
Have a great weekend.
I’ve been adding as I read everyone else’s posts too!
I enjoyed Anne Marsh, Piper Rayne, and Diana Rowland books, too.
Some good reads this year for both of us I think!
I didn’t even think of doing this as a topic, but I read enough new to me authors I could’ve easily done this post. I see the White Trash Zombie series made this list as well and The Prince and The Apocalypse. I like trying new authors and even better when you like them and can read more of their books.
I used to have so many it was hard to do this one, but since I’ve cut back (a little) on review books it is easier to do.
I had a feeling Diana Rowland would be on your list😁 I will be making a list like this as well, but it’s a Top Ten Tuesday prompt in January, I think.
Yep! Loved those books!
Love Rowland!
Me too now!
I love seeing Piper Rayne mentioned! I’ve enjoyed so many of their series. I got hooked on their Greene family series a couple years ago and haven’t stopped reading them since. 🙂
I finally got to read one of their books and really liked it! Hoping to have more time to read more this year.
Great list. I will have a very hard time making a list like this. I was contemplating doing lists, but break it down by sub genre, maybe. I’ll see.
When I was reading over 200 books it was a lot easier to break it down like you’re saying. It still would probably be easier to divide between my YA and romance, but I just ran out of time.
Love of My Afterlife and White Trash Zombie were new-to-me authors I loved this last year, too!
Glad we both enjoyed those!
