Waiting on Wednesday, hosted by the fabulous Jill at Breaking the Spine. This week I’m featuring a book by one of my favorite authors. It’s a standalone, YA futuristic murder mystery story. Here is the blurb from Goodreads:

I've read one book by Gretchen and it didn't love it, but it was thrilling and definitely entertaining. This sounds sort of creepy!

I don't think I've read any of Gretchen McNeil's books, but I feel like she has a new one published every couple of months! It's kind of amazing! It's awesome that she can keep the ideas flowing. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this book when you get the chance to read it!

Live streaming criminal execution? Wouldn’t surprise me it we got to that point one day. But this does sounds like it will a good thriller!

I would maybe read this book but the YA thing puts me off-if there is a teen romance in it or YA tropes I'd give it a miss!
