Top Ten Tuesday is sponsored by The Broke and The Bookish.

These are posts I’m doing as part of my Blog Ahead Challenge in October to get ready for NaNoWriMo in November.  So the topic for today are the books I hope my niece who is currently 5 years old, and my nephew who is due to be born later this month, will read as children:

Those are the ones I remember so well, and that I loved so much I hope to be able to share and talk about them with my niece and nephew some day. Do you remember reading any of these?

  1. OMG! The Mixed Up Files was one of my favorites growing up. I saw the movie and became obsessed. My daughter read it in 2nd or 3rd grade, and it was so much fun sharing our favorite parts. Narnia was another obsession. My mother never did get me Turkish Delight.

    • I don't think I've ever seen the movie! I need to find it to watch. It was one I read over and over as a kid. I even started looking for where I would run away to if I ever did that in my own town. I found Turkish Delight one time at a local bargain type of store, it was okay. I did read Narnia all the time too! Thanks for stopping by!
