The Cover Characteristic meme is hosted at  Sugar and Snark.   Here are the guidelines:

Each
week we will post a characteristic and choose 5 of our favorite covers
with that characteristic. If you want to join in and share your 5
favorite covers with the weeks particular characteristic, then just make
a post, grab the meme picture (or make your own) and leave your URL in
Linky (so we can visit).

You
donโ€™t even need to participate, just stopping by and saying hi would be
great! Donโ€™t forget to stop by the other participants!

There were a few that I found this week.  I tried to stick to the topic as much as possible.  But here are the top 10 of the ones I found.

And my favorite is:

What do you think of my choices?  Can you think of any covers with this theme that you like?

  1. Omg sweet valley high! I can't remember if I read any of the books as a kid, but I loved the show. The Horrorstor cover is great. That looks like a good book. ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. Some good ones here! I like the Buffy one, Sweet Valley High looks so 80's, and Hardly Working is fun with the fish. That one or Buffy might be my favorite.

  3. Seems like you have a Nancy Drew mystery for most of your cover characteristics. I've gotten so I look for them. Horrorstor looks very interesting. ๐Ÿ™‚

    • I like to try to find one for every characteristic. It's kind of a goal. ๐Ÿ™‚ Horrorstor was an interesting read, looked like an IKEA catalog, and was about a haunting in an IKEA like store!
