There are a lot of books with eyes on the cover!  So I tried to narrow it down to books that it was mostly just the eyes, and not a whole face in the picture.  And again, I have 10 favorites, although a couple of the numbers are series where the whole group has eyes.  Here they are:

10.  This is a classic, had to be included.

9.

 1.  And my favorite is actually a series:

So many books with eyes on the cover!  These are my favorites, what do you think of them?

Ooh, almost forgot this one!!

  1. There's something so spooky about eyes on a cover – even in non spooky books. I do love The Great Gatsby cover! I'm intrigued by the Victoria Scott covers too. Great cover topic!

    • The original cover I had for the Victoria Scott books didn't look like that, so I didn't know if I'd like the new covers or not. But they turned out well. Thanks for stopping by!

  2. The Great Gatsby cover is a classic, no doubt. Some scary ones there too! I like those Tahereh Mafi covers a lot, very distinctive – and that last one has me curious! Great list.

    • Eyes can always fit just about any theme I think. And I do love that series. Although the original cover of the first one had a girl in a white dress, and just didn't really match the story, so I was glad when they changed it. Thanks for stopping by!

  3. Ah, you did the same thing I did to narrow it down since there were so many. Obviously I agree that the Shatter Me books are gorgeous since I chose them, too! But I also love those Victoria Scott ones! I'm going to have to see what they're about since they look interesting.

Great post! I love the Shatter/Unravel/Ignite Me series, I totally agree with you. I don't know what it is, but the eyes are fantastic! I love what they've done with them. I can't pick just one favourite out of the three though… each time I make up my mind it changes again lol. Very eye-catching!
    All the best,
    Amy x
