Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly event hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine where we spotlight upcoming releases that we’re eagerly awaiting. This week I’ve chosen a book that I’d really, really hoped would be an ARC at BEA. Instead we got another book in one of my favorite series by one of my favorite authors, Sinner by Maggie Stiefvater. Two years ago when I went to BEA I got a copy of an ARC of the first book, The Raven Boys. Now I didn’t read it right away, even though I love this author’s books. But when I did read it, I fell in love. And then last year, the year I didn’t get to go to BEA, they gave away the ARC of the 2nd book, The Dream Thieves, which I traded for on YA Book Exchange in order to get an ARC, so I would have a matching set. Now, I haven’t heard of any ARCs of this third one though. 🙁 Anyone else? If so, how can I get one?

I love that cover so much!!! And I just need to read on and know what happens next. Maggie Stiefvater is supposed to be in Kansas City again this coming November, so I’m hoping to see her then. The book will be out by then. And I’ll either have an ARC if I can find it, or will have purchased the book.

I haven't read the Raven Boys yet, but I will sometime! I loved Maggie's other books so I'm sure I'll love it like everyone else.
I've read all her books except her fairy series, but I know I need to read them sometimes as I just love her writing.

I still haven't read Raven Boys yet. I have read her Wolves of Mercy Falls books and I liked her writing style even if the pacing sometimes lagged. I hope you enjoy this one! I have heard really good things about this series so maybe I'd like it more.
These books are so well written, I hope you get a chance to read these and like them as well.
I still need to start this series! I just finished Sinner and I love her books but haven't had a chance to get started on this series yet. I tried the audiobook and the narrator was just not for me so I'll have to actually read it. Hopefully I'll get time soon. Thanks for stopping by!
