Top Ten Tuesday – Books About Friendship

Top Ten Tuesday is sponsored by The Broke and The Bookish.

This week we are sharing the books that we feel are the best about friendship.  I know that many of mine will not be limited to friendships just between people, but also those between humans and animals.

-->

Some that I've shown above may be considered more "romance" type stories.  But at the heart of them are really true friendships as well. And my number one choice for books about friendships is going to be one about animal friendships.

So, what is your favorite friendship book?

    • I loved them as well. Although I've had a bit harder time with the newer Heroes of Olympus series. Thanks for stopping by and I'll check out your post as well!

  1. HAHA that Unlikely Friendships book looks like something that would give me hours worth of awwing!!! HP made my list, it's my number 1 choice as far as friendships go. I really need to hurry up and read the Percy Jackson series, I've heard a lot of amazing things. Nice picks 🙂

    • It is one of those that can totally sap my time when I'm working the customer service desk at the bookstore where I work part time. Not that I'm supposed to read while I do that. Thanks for visiting!

  2. The Unlikely Friendships may be the cutest cover ever. I hadn't thought about Gone with the Wind being about friendships but it really is. Great list!

    • The stories in The Unlikely Friendships are so sweet! And they sometimes bring tears to my eyes because of that. I really thought about Gone With the Wind, and am sure that is why I picked it.

    Aww, fabulous! I gave Unlikely Friendships as a gift to my sister last year, and she loved it! So many good books here — I'm usually so busy being scared silly by It that I forget that it is a great example of a friendship book as well. 🙂
